Booking direct on our website ensures you get the best rate possible, because we save on some fees that other platforms charge. You are still responsible for cleaning fees, taxes, and security deposits (if applicable).
You will be responsible for the cleaning fee, taxes, any additional services booked, and a damage waiver fee (on some properties). These are all fees that are included when you book with Airbnb or VRBO, and you are still saving when you book directly (no platform fees).
The entire reservation balance is due upon the time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend to reserve quickly as it books up fast!
For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in and no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon availability, we will need to know ahead of time for this request so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.
Many of our properties allow pets, but we have a few that don't. Please check the property's individual page for its pet policy.
Parties, events, and large gatherings require prior consent before hosting. Unauthorized gatherings may lead to a fee of up to $1,000.
When you book your first stay, you will be sent an e-mail to create an account. There, you will be able to see your booking details, local recommendations, make requests (early check-in, late check-out, etc.) and more.
